Usso Bucco - A regional dish from Piedmont in Italy which consists of thick sliced veal shanks, smothered in tomatoes, herbs and olives and slow cooked until it becomes tender enough to fall from the bone.

Chicken Oscar - Sauteed chicken breast topped with crab meat, asparagus and Bearnaise sauce.
